About the Product: Pair of deluxe cushions including luxury cushion pads. The cushions are made from a cotton linen mix with a natural weave texture. Backed and piped with a contrasting fabric.

You can also choose the cushion cover on its own. These cushions feature the head and shoulders of a red stag against a brown background and a Barn Owl in flight against a pale blue background.

The quality of the printing is exceptional and every detail of Robert Fuller’s paintings has been faithfully reproduced.

The cushion cover measures 45 x 43 cm and is machine washable. Cushion pad 100% hollow fibre with anti-allergy filling.

WHERE ARE YOUR CUSHIONS MADE?

Our cushions are made here in the UK.

WHAT ARE YOUR CUSHIONS MADE OF?

Our cushions are made of a cotton/linen mix with a fine woven weave texture and are piped with a contrasting fabric. The cushion inner pad is 100% Anti-allergy Hollow Fibre.

HOW SOFT ARE THE CUSHION PADS?

The cushion inner pad has been given a 5 Stars rating for softness and comfort.

DO YOUR CUSHIONS HAVE REMOVABLE COVERS THAT CAN BE WASHED?

Yes you can remove the cushion pad from the cushion through the concealed zip. The cushion cover can then be washed at 40C.

WHAT SIZE ARE THE CUSHIONS?

Our cushions measure 44 x 44cm.

CAN YOU BUY THE CUSHION COVER ONLY?

Yes, you can either buy the cushion with an inner pad or if you have got your own inner pad as the cushion cover only.

CAN I SEND THIS AS A GIFT?

Yes, we can deliver this item directly to the recipient and include a personalised message of your choice. We will make sure that we don’t include any invoices or other paperwork with their order.

The way we manage taxes and duties has changed now that the UK has left the EU

There are no taxes or duties to pay when your parcel arrives.

DELAYS, DAMAGES & REFUNDS

We take pride in our products and packaging and we aim to despatch your order within 3 working days. However, occasionally things can go wrong, and if they do, we are here to help.

DELAYS
We use reputable couriers, who provide a guide to expected delivery times. We provide you with full tracking information so that you can track your parcel’s journey from leaving our art gallery in Thixendale to arriving with you.

In the first instance, please follow the link that we sent by email when your order was despatched to track your parcel. If you have experienced a long delay, please do get in touch if you experience a long delay so we can look into this for you.

DAMAGES
We take great pride in the way we pack our products, so that they arrive in tip top condition. However, occasionally goods may be damaged in transit.

If you have received damaged goods, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can arrange replacement items to be sent out promptly.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Damaged goods – if your order has arrived damaged, we will either arrange replacement items or a full refund including the cost of shipping. We may request you return the items to us, but we will pay the cost of this and provide you with the delivery label. We may in certain cases ask you to dispose of the item on our behalf.

Robert goes to extraordinary lengths to accurately reflect the behaviour and character of his wild subjects and spends months in the field painstakingly studying a particular animal or bird before settling down to paint it back in his studio.
