Visiting the Gallery
Follow a single-track road as it drops into a deep fold of the Yorkshire Wolds landscape towards the village of Thixendale and you will reach the artists gallery and studio. Dedicated to Robert E Fullers artwork, this outstanding venue receives an astonishing 12,000 visitors a year and was recently shortlisted for a rural retailer award.
At the gallery you will find my full range of original art paintings, sculptures, limited edition prints, greetings cards and giftware. All of which you can buy and take away on the day.
My latest films will also be playing in the gallery showing some of the incredible wildlife adventures I have been on and the fascinating animal behaviour I have discovered.
You will also get to watch live 'nest cams' relaying live footage of owls, kestrels and stoats directly from cameras hidden inside their nests.
There is ample free parking outside the gallery and this part of the world is very far from the crowds. So after your visit, enjoy a drive around the single track roads that surround the gallery or, if you let us know, you can leave your car in the park and enjoy a stroll from the gallery. There are several routes you can do to join the Wolds Way National Trail which is about 1/4 mile away.

See Robert's paintings of wildlife in autumn. As the season turns the countryside red and gold, this art collection includes paintings of red squirrels, foxes, hedgehogs and badgers in an autumnal setting. Also on show are photographs and films focusing on how wild creatures behave at this time of year - and live nest cameras revealing the secret lives of owls, kestrels, buzzards and stoats.
The gallery is situated 1.4 mile outside the village of Thixendale in stunning countryside.

"A belated thank you for your kindness when I visited the art gallery. It was a much appreciated part of my 100th birthday celebrations. What a wonderful and varied display you have. Wishing you a very successful and happy future. Yours sincerely Leslie Watson."
"We so enjoyed your exhibition last Saturday. Your paintings are simply stunning. We are already enjoying our hare print and I'm sure our grandson will love his kingfisher when he gets it at Christmas. I don't know why I didn't buy more notelets when I was with you. They are so lovely. We went up to Wharram Percy after we left you and had a good walk. Then a drive home in the most beautiful sunset. It really was a special day. Thank you. Very Best Wishes Jean Roberts"
"We thought you would like these photographs as a souvenir of a very happy day. We love your paintings and your photographs and we thought your studio and art gallery are beautiful. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. With all good wishes from Thirley, Betty and Hilary"
