Ace the barn owl was an only chick. Which means he had never met an owlet his own age when this new female appeared on the feeding branch.

Gylfie & Dryer's only chick Ace was still learning about life beyond the nest and had yet to meet another owl his own age when a new female fledgling perched alongside him, At first this young owlet ignored her, determinedly - then she tried to steal his food! She was quite persistent, tugging at his wings and even grabbing his talon. Eventually she drove him away. But then he returned to check her out and when she left, gave chase. I suspect she is a fledgling from one of the many owl boxes I put up in the area. I'm excited to see what happens next.

I`d really like to buy s.th. of your offers, but I live in Germany and paying with Paypal is difficult for me. My IT skills are not good. Your films and videos are so lovely, especially ACE is my favourite owl.
