Now Taking Bookings for Autumn at my Gallery
Gallery Open by Appointment – Book a Slot for Autumn
I’m delighted to announce my gallery is now open for exclusive bookings so that you can again enjoy all my paintings, live nest cameras, and films.
On show now are my paintings, photographs, and films of wildlife in autumn, as well as live cameras revealing the secret lives of owls, kestrels, buzzards, and stoats.
You are welcome to come alone, with your partner, with family members or friends. Each group size must be no more than six people in total. Appointments are scheduled to last 50 minutes, so that you and your party can enjoy the wildlife on display safely and at leisure. There will be one member of staff on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Social Distancing Details
Of course, the safety of customers and staff remains our highest priority so please arrive promptly for your appointment and wait in the courtyard where you will be collected by a member of staff.
It is important that you arrive on time so as to avoid clashing with those already in or in the process of leaving the gallery. We have created a seating area in the courtyard for your convenience, should you arrive early.
Once inside, you will be free to enjoy looking around the gallery at your leisure. A member of staff will be on hand should you need assistance, but largely you’ll be able to browse and watch the videos and nest cameras in your own time.
We will be providing plenty of hand-sanitiser throughout the gallery, but please also consider using your own hand sanitiser on arrival. Additional handwashing facilities are also available in the washrooms.
Please also note that we will be rotating the stock in the gallery to minimise any risk of transmission, but please don’t overly touch or handle the giftware items, unless you are considering making a purchase.
To give us time to deep clean between appointments, we are limiting each visit to 50 minutes so we would appreciate your understanding when your allocated time is up. And of course, while we are asking visitors to arrive and leave on time you are of course welcome to leave any time before the end of your allocated time slot.
Cards, not Cash
Where possible, we ask you to make your purchases using credit or debit cards and if possible to use contactless. The new contactless limit has been increased to £45.00 per transaction.
Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to welcoming you to the gallery, lockdown style!
Other Ways to Shop
If you’d rather not come in-store just yet, you can carry on shopping online via my website or consider using our Click & Collect service.
All our deliveries will remain contact-free and don’t forget if you are buying a gift for someone else let us know and we will include a free greetings card with a personal message from you. We will continue to despatch twice a week.
Click and Collect
You might like to know that I am also offering a free click and collect service. This means you can order through my website or telephone and I’ll pick and pack the order ready for you to collect in person.
Simply place your order via the website, www.robertefuller.com and select ‘Free Collect from the Gallery’ as your shipping option. You can then either pay online or ring through your order on 01759 368355, where we will take payment by credit or debit card.
We will confirm when your order is ready and if you let us know an approximate day and time that you plan to collect, arrange for your order to be left by the entrance to the gallery with your name on the order.
If you live nearby, you may find this a quicker option than delivery as we are usually able to pack your goods on the same day that you order. And of course, now that you are able, you can enjoy a drive through the countryside to collect.
