I’ve brought out a new range of limited edition prints. Each print is printed to the highest quality on heavyweight watercolour paper using light fast inks. The print are individually numbered and signed by myself. Each is available to buy either loose, mounted or framed.

The loose print is just the paper print itself. The mounted print is the loose print with a sturdy cardboard surround ready to put in a frame. The framed print includes the loose print, mount and frame and is supplied completely ready to hang on your wall. We have a range of frames for you to choose from which will complement your print, we also have an ‘Artist’s choice’ frame which I personally recommend to go with your limited edition print. Click on the prints below for more information.

Kingfisher by artist Robert E Fuller
Colourful Kingfisher, limited edition print by Robert E Fuller, from £65 Shop Now

I love kingfishers, they are such brightly coloured birds and capturing their iridescent feathers in paint is a joy. I spent 300 hours over three years studying kingfishers along a stream. I positioned a hide up stream of the nest. I tempted them closer by putting small fish in a tank in the stream. One year the pair raised three colourful broods! This year I’ve been watching a pair inside a nest I built for them and I’ve learned so much about their behaviour. Read my blog post on how I built an artificial kingfisher bank to watch them by clicking here.

Red Stag of Etive, limited edition print by Robert E Fuller, from £50. Shop Now

This print is taken from a portrait I painted of a magnificent red stag I followed in Scotland one autumn. He really was a beautiful beast and I followed him during the annual red stag rut. Read my post on the red stag rut I watched that inspired this print by clicking here.

Little owls art print by Robert E Fuller
Little Owls and Beetle, limited edition print by Robert E Fuller, from £50. Shop Now.

I photographed four little owls as they fledged from a tree close to my gallery in Thixendale. They took shelter in a rabbit hole under a large rotting log. Little owls are known to nest in rabbit burrows where nesting sites are scarce, but I have never known fledglings to leave the safety of the trees and go to ground.

As I watched one evening, a chick rushed out of the hole under the log and pounced onto a beetle. The way their tilt their heads to locate their prey is so funny to watch. He quickly polished it off to the envy of his siblings, who were still dependent on the food their parents brought them. Read my post on little owls here.

Every year I use my pair of local tawny owls as surrogate parents for owlets that have been handed in to rescue centres. Some years this pair has raised up to 10 chicks, which I supplement feed in my garden. They land on this particular branch on the edge of my garden at dusk every night. Read my post on watching these tawny chicks here.

Goldfinches at Nest, limited edition print by Robert E Fuller, from £50. Shop Now

Goldfinches are one of Britain’s most beautiful birds. This pair nested in an elderberry tree next to the back door of my parent’s house. I put a hide on top of their porch roof to study this nest up close.
