When tawny owl dad Bomber finally got to meet his chicks and it was adorable.

It was a full nine days after the first chick hatched before mum Luna allowed Bomber anywhere near their chicks. She is a protective mum and closely guarded them during their first days, only allowing Bomber in to the nest to deliver food.

But when Bomber was finally granted access, it was nice to see him spend some quality time with the three owlets. He arrived with a food delivery, then spent a few moments gently preening one of the chicks before setting off again to find more food for this growing family.
