Very occasionally things don’t go to plan, rest assured we will sort any problem out.
DELIVERY
We use reputable couriers, who provide a guide to expected delivery times. We provide you with full tracking information so that you can track your parcel’s journey from leaving our art gallery in Thixendale to arriving with you.
In the first instance, please follow the link that we sent by email when your order was despatched to track your parcel. If you have experienced a long delay, please do get in touch if you experience a long delay so we can look into this for you.
PACKAGING
We take great pride in the way we pack our products, so that they arrive in tip top condition. However, occasionally goods may be damaged in transit.Â
If you have received damaged goods, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can arrange replacement items to be sent out promptly.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Damaged goods – if your order has arrived damaged, we will either arrange replacement items or a full refund including the cost of shipping. We may request you return the items to us, but we will pay the cost of this and provide you with the delivery label. We may in certain cases ask you to dispose of the item on our behalf.
