This week tawny owl Luna dotes over her chicks, a new barn owl pair move to Ash Wood, and Jenny the kestrel has a new mate – fingers-crossed for kestrel chicks!

Luna the tawny owl is now the proud mum of three chicks. The smallest is four days younger than its siblings. Watch her patiently feed them in turn.
Jenny has a new male and, thankfully, it’s not Apollo. Although my cameras caught her and Apollo together momentarily, it seems the two are not courting.
This new barn owl pair were spotted courting in Ash Tree at Ash Wood. It would be lovely if they settled here, but of course this box belongs to tawny owl pair Bonnie & Ozzy!
