Your order is precious and it is insured to your door by us. We have tested our packaging and are confident that it will arrive safely and securely with you. 
These are the delivery options that you can choose from:  

UK DELIVERY

Delivery charge (UK Mainland): £3.50 per order – no matter how many items you buy

Delivery time:
3-5 working days, but usually quicker

We use the following services:

Small parcels:

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 – full tracking information provided

Larger parcels:
We use DHL – full tracking information provided

CLICK & COLLECT
You can collect your order from our art gallery in Thixendale free of charge.

Delivery charge: Free

Instructions:
– Select ‘Click & Collect Delivery’ at checkout
– We will let you by phone or email know when your order is ready to collect

DELIVERY TO EUROPE

We pride ourselves on being able to send out parcels all over Europe!

Delivery charge: From £7. Exact delivery price calculated at checkout based on weight

Delivery time: approx. 5-10 working days. Although occasionally parcels can get delayed in customs

TAXES & DUTIES

The way we manage taxes and duties has changed now that the UK has left the EU

Tax & duties – Pre-paid
Small parcels going to the following countries will pay tax and duties at checkout: 
Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Ireland, Malta, Netherlands & Portugal
There are no taxes or duties to pay when your parcel arrives. 

However for larger or heavy parcels taxes and duties may still need to be paid depending on which courier is used.

Tax & Duties – To pay on arrival
For all EU countries, with the exception of those listed above, please be aware import duty and taxes must be paid prior to the goods being delivered. These fees are in addition to the delivery charge from us.   UK taxes of 20% have already been deducted from your order.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

We pride ourselves on being able to send out parcels quickly and safely all over the world!

Delivery charge: From £12. Exact delivery price calculated at checkout based on weight.

Delivery times: Approx. 5-14 working days. Although can be longer if parcels are delayed in customs.

Smaller parcels: 
We use Royal Mail International Tracked – full tracking information provided

Larger parcels:
We use DHL – full tracking information provided

TAXES & DUTIES
At checkout, you’ll notice that UK tax of 20% has been deducted from your order. Taxes and duties will be payable on arrival, at your local country rate.

We take pride in our products and packaging and we aim to despatch your order within 3 working days. However, occasionally things can go wrong, and if they do, we are here to help.

DELAYS
We use reputable couriers, who provide a guide to expected delivery times. We provide you with full tracking information so that you can track your parcel’s journey from leaving our art gallery in Thixendale to arriving with you.

In the first instance, please follow the link that we sent by email when your order was despatched to track your parcel. If you have experienced a long delay, please do get in touch if you experience a long delay so we can look into this for you.

DAMAGES
We take great pride in the way we pack our products, so that they arrive in tip top condition. However, occasionally goods may be damaged in transit. 

If you have received damaged goods, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can arrange replacement items to be sent out promptly.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Damaged goods 
– if your order has arrived damaged, we will either arrange replacement items or a full refund including the cost of shipping. We may request you return the items to us, but we will pay the cost of this and provide you with the delivery label. We may in certain cases ask you to dispose of the item on our behalf.

Not happy with your order?
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will arrange a no-quibble refund. Please arrange to send it back to the following address:

Once we have received the item, we will arrange a refund of the goods. For more information see here



Yes, we can deliver this item directly to the recipient and include a personalised message of your choice.

Instructions:
– Tick, ‘deliver to a different address’ at checkout and fill in the address of the person you want to send the parcel to
– Add a personalised message in ‘order notes’

We will make sure that we don’t include any invoices or other paperwork with their order.

You will receive full tracking information so that you know when the present has arrived.
