INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

We will collect and process the following data about you:

Information you give us. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our site www.robertefuller.com (our site) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. Information we receive from other sources. This is information we receive about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or the other services we provide.  In this case we will have informed you when we collected that data if we intend to share those data internally and combine it with data collected on this site. We are working closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies). OUR USE OF COOKIES

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. Cookies are small files stored within your web browser from our website.  Our website cookies do not collect personal information about you nor do they allow us to access your computer in any way.  All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with law.

We use tracking cookies to identify which pages are being used.  This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical purposes and no personally identifiable information is stored.

If you fail to provide certain information when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have entered into with you, or we may be prevented from complying with our legal obligations.

The following third parties will receive your data in order for us to process your order

• Couriers including: Royal Mail, UPS, DHL: They process name, address and telephone number details only to enable them to deliver customer parcels.
• ShipStation: to deliver emails you have requested or confirmation & dispatch emails
• Facebook, instagram and RND: to serve relevant adverts to you and others.
• Google: to assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our website.
• WooCommerce: our website provider will process any order you make online with us.
• Paypal: to process payment of any retail order you make with us.
• Stripe Payments: to process payment of any retail order you make with us.

All our third-party service providers are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in line with our policies. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes. We only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

We do not disclose your personal information to any third parties, other than those required to process your order.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

• No fee usually required

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.

• Right to withdraw consent

• Where it is necessary to perform the contract with you and appropriate measures are in place to safeguard your rights.

We use information we have about you to tailor the content of communications that are sent to you to try to ensure that the offers are as relevant to you as possible and so you have exclusive access to the best deals.

You will not be subject to decisions that will have a significant impact on you based solely on automated decision-making, unless we have a lawful basis for doing so and we have notified you.
