DELIVERY
We use reputable couriers, who provide a guide to expected delivery times. We provide you with full tracking information so that you can track your parcel’s journey from leaving our art gallery in Thixendale to arriving with you.

In the first instance, please follow the link that we sent by email when your order was despatched to track your parcel. If you have experienced a long delay, please do get in touch if you experience a long delay so we can look into this for you.

PACKAGING
We take great pride in the way we pack our products, so that they arrive in tip top condition. However, occasionally goods may be damaged in transit.

If you have received damaged goods, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can arrange replacement items to be sent out promptly.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Damaged goods – if your order has arrived damaged, we will either arrange replacement items or a full refund including the cost of shipping. We may request you return the items to us, but we will pay the cost of this and provide you with the delivery label. We may in certain cases ask you to dispose of the item on our behalf.

About the Product: Robert E Fuller has produced a stunning range of gifts featuring his fabulous illustrations.

This fabulous gift set comprises of a high quality fine bone china mug and matching luxury drinks coaster featuring the barn owl on lookout design from one of Robert E Fullers original paintings.

The coasters measure 11 x 9 cm and are both scratch and water resistant and are heatproof to `150C. Each coaster is beautifully backed in green felt and is extremely hardwearing

The mugs measure 9.5cm high by 8cm wide and hold 12fl.oz or 400ml and are dishwasher and microwave safe. They have a fine inner rim details and are decorated here in the UK.

About the artist

Robert E Fuller is one of Britain’s foremost wildlife artists. He paints in acrylics and oils, favouring a highly-detailed realistic style. His commitment to authenticity is second to none. Robert goes to extraordinary lengths to accurately reflect the behaviour and character of his wild subjects and spends months in the field painstakingly studying a particular animal or bird before settling down to paint it back in his studio.
