About the Product: This winter scene shows a pair of red legged partridges in the snow. This painting was inspired by the red legged partridges that often shelter in my garden in winter time – I’ve even had them roosting on my roof.

In the first instance, please follow the link that we sent by email when your order was despatched to track your parcel. If you have experienced a long delay, please do get in touch if you experience a long delay so we can look into this for you.

PACKAGING
We take great pride in the way we pack our products, so that they arrive in tip top condition. However, occasionally goods may be damaged in transit.

If you have received damaged goods, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can arrange replacement items to be sent out promptly.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Damaged goods – if your order has arrived damaged, we will either arrange replacement items or a full refund including the cost of shipping. We may request you return the items to us, but we will pay the cost of this and provide you with the delivery label. We may in certain cases ask you to dispose of the item on our behalf.

What are my framing options?

We offer a wide range of framing options and styles to suit your home. Designing the perfect complimentary framing for your print is simple to do, just click on the chevrons above and you will be able to preview how your print will look in the main image window prior to purchasing.

You can choose to buy your Robert E Fuller print either as a loose print, a mounted only print or a framed print.

LOOSE PRINT

What is a loose print? A loose print is just the paper print itself. It is delivered to you rolled in acid free tissue paper in a sturdy tube for you to arrange to be mounted and framed yourself.

MOUNTED PRINT

What is a mounted print? A mount is the card insert that surrounds your limited edition print. The mount window opening is carefully cut according to the size of the artwork and expands around the image size of your picture. The price of the mounted print includes both the limited edition print and the mount, but not the frame.

I am worried the print might arrive damaged.

Rest assured that we have created very strong packaging and it is very unlikely that your print will arrive damaged. We send hundreds of prints out each year and we have only 1 or 2 instances of breakages per year. If anything does go awry, please be assured that it is our responsibility to make sure it arrives in perfect condition to your door.

Can you send prints overseas?

Yes, we can send your print overseas. We have excellent packaging, and we use a very good courier UPS, who will ensure the parcel is fully tracked and will arrive safely to your chosen address.

I'm finding it hard to visualise the sizes

If you are struggling to visualise the sizes of the prints, we always recommend looking at the outside framed size and creating yourself a mock-up either out of cardboard box or old newspapers. Hold this against the chosen wall to give yourself an idea of what it will look like in your home.

Are the prints signed and numbered by the artist

Yes, each print is signed and numbered by the artist Robert E Fuller.

What do the numbers mean on a limited edition print?

The number of your print is shown as a fraction. The top number (or numerator) is the number that your print is. The bottom number (or denominator) is the total number of prints produced.

Can you choose different frames?

We have a range of 8 different frames available for you to choose from, click on the chevrons under framing options, which is to the right of the main image, here you’ll get the name of the moulding, what the cost of framed print will be in this moulding selection and you’ll get a visual representation of what the print will look like in that frame.

Will the print colours fade?

We use very high-quality inks on all our limited-edition prints. So, we offer an expected lifetime guarantee on all our prints of 50 years, under normal lighting conditions. If you hang your print in a particularly bright location, this will reduce the expected lifetime guarantee. If you have any problems with fading, do get in touch with us and we will be happy to replace your print for you.

What sizes do the prints come in?

In the image size tab and in the framing tab, you will be able to see the exact measurements of your chosen picture. If you would like the print in a different size, we may be able to arrange this for you. Contact us at mail@robertefuller.com to discuss our bespoke printing options.

Does the cost include the picture and the framing?

Yes, the cost shown is for a completely framed picture which is ready to hang on your wall, unless you select a mounted or a loose print, which will require you to get the pictures framed elsewhere.

Does the print come ready to hang on the wall?

Your print has hangers and string on the back of the picture, ready for you to hang onto the wall.

What fixtures do you recomend for hanging the picture on the wall

A picture hook, single screw or nail in the wall is usually adequate for A5 sized and A4 sized prints. For A3, Large and Extra Large prints a picture hook would not be adequately strong. You might like to consider putting two screws into the wall, with a spacing of about 5-10cm depending on your picture size to make sure that the fixings are strong enough to hold the picture.

Can I send as a gift?

Yes, we can deliver this item directly to the recipient and include a personalised message of your choice. We will make sure that we don’t include any invoices or other paperwork with their order.

About the artist

Robert E Fuller is one of Britain’s foremost wildlife artists. He paints in acrylics and oils, favouring a highly-detailed realistic style. His commitment to authenticity is second to none. Robert goes to extraordinary lengths to accurately reflect the behaviour and character of his wild subjects and spends a lot of time in the field painstakingly studying a particular animal or bird before settling down to paint it back in his studio. The artist spends months studying his wild subjects to accurately reflect the behaviour and character in his compositions. His pictures are painted from photographs taken in situ.
