ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS –Â
Prints
A. Rest assured that we have created very strong packaging and it is very unlikely that your print will arrive damaged. We send hundreds of prints out each year and we have only 1 or 2 instances of breakages per year. If anything does go awry, please be assured that it is our responsibility to make sure it arrives in perfect condition to your door.
A. Yes, we can send your print overseas. We have excellent packaging, and we use a very good courier UPS, who will ensure the parcel is fully tracked and will arrive safely to your chosen address.
A. If you are struggling to visualise the sizes of the prints, we always recommend looking at the outside framed size and creating yourself a mock-up either out of cardboard box or old newspapers. Hold this against the chosen wall to give yourself an idea of what it will look like in your home.
A. Yes, each print is signed and numbered by the artist Robert E Fuller.
A. The number of your print is shown as a fraction. The top number (or numerator) is the number that your print is. The bottom number (or denominator) is the total number of prints produced.
A. We have a range of 8 different frames available for you to choose from, click on the chevrons under framing options, which is to the right of the main image, here you’ll get the name of the moulding, what the cost of framed print will be in this moulding selection and you’ll get a visual representation of what the print will look like in that frame.
A. We use very high-quality inks on all our limited-edition prints. So, we offer an expected lifetime guarantee on all our prints of 50 years, under normal lighting conditions. If you hang your print in a particularly bright location, this will reduce the expected lifetime guarantee. If you have any problems with fading, do get in touch with us and we will be happy to replace your print for you.
A. In the image size tab and in the framing tab, you will be able to see the exact measurements of your chosen picture. If you would like the print in a different size, we may be able to arrange this for you. Contact us at mail@robertefuller.com to discuss our bespoke printing options.
A. Yes, the cost shown is for a completely framed picture which is ready to hang on your wall, unless you select a mounted or a loose print, which will require you to get the pictures framed elsewhere.
A. Your print has hangers and string on the back of the picture, ready for you to hang onto the wall.
A. A picture hook, single screw or nail in the wall is usually adequate for A5 sized and A4 sized prints. For A3, Large and Extra Large prints a picture hook would not be adequately strong. You might like to consider putting two screws into the wall, with a spacing of about 5-10cm depending on your picture size to make sure that the fixings are strong enough to hold the picture.
TEATOWELS
Yes, the tea towels are excellent for drying up and have good absorbency. The tea towels are not too thick so that you cannot dry glasses, but not too thin that they get too wet too quickly.
Our tea towels are made here in the UK.
Our tea towels are made of 100% cotton with a fine woven weave texture.
Simply wash in your washing machine at a temperature wash of around 40C.

GLASS WORKTOP SAVERS
A. No, please don’t use these items in the microwave or dishwasher. Wash them by hand using a damp cloth.
A. Rest assured, your worktop saver will be well packed and will arrive with you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of you receiving a worktop saver we will ask you to contact us to advise and then request that you dispose of the broken item. We will then send you a replacement free of charge.

A. No, our worktop savers are very hard wearing indeed as they are made with toughened glass. They are highly scratch resistant and do not stain. However, as they are made of glass they may shatter if dropped.
A. Simply wipe after use with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the entire worktop saver in a hot sink as this could cause the glass to crack.

PLACEMATS & COASTERS
You can either select all the same design or what is popular with our customers is their own mixture of several different designs. Some customers choose a set of 6 or 8 different ones, other customers like to buy them in twos. The choice is entirely yours – although you’ll find family members start to have a favourite animal as their seating place at the table!

No, they are not shiny. Our placemats and coasters are not totally matt, as they have a slight silk lustre to the finish, but they are not at all ‘glossy’.

No, the don’t damage easily. Our placemats are very hard wearing indeed as they are made with a melamine surface. We have had our own set for many years and they are highly scratch resistant, have not stained at all.
Simply wipe after use with a damp cloth, then leave to air dry before stacking them back together, ready for their next use.
Yes, they are heat resistant to 150C
These placemats and coasters are exceptionally hard wearing and will last you for many years to come. They have been designed so that the image colour doesn’t fade and the surface does not peel or bubble off. The mats are made with solid panel, so unlike cork backed placemats they will not disintegrate.

Our cushions are made here in the UK.
Our cushions are made of a cotton/linen mix with a fine woven weave texture and are piped with a contrasting fabric. The cushion inner pad is 100% Anti-allergy Hollow Fibre.
The cushion inner pad has been given a 5 Stars rating for softness and comfort.
Yes you can remove the cushion pad from the cushion through the concealed zip. The cushion cover can then be washed at 40C.
Our cushions measure 44 x 44cm.
Yes, you can either buy the cushion with an inner pad or if you have got your own inner pad as the cushion cover only.
LAP TRAYS

Our lap trays have a melamine surface, which is surrounded by a wooden moulding. The fabric base is made of sturdy and hard-wearing cotton, inside this is a bean bag cushion so that it moulds either to your knee or to the surface you put it on.Â
