Film | A Penguin Paradise: Wildlife of Antarctica, South Georgia & The Falklands

A penguin paradise

Filmed in the South Atlantic Ocean including the Falkland Islands, South Georgia and Antarctica, this short documentary encompasses the incredible wildlife and breathtaking scenery of this icy, pristine wilderness. From king penguins marching across wide-open beaches to rockhopper penguins demonstrating the 'hops' that give them their name, the animal sightings in this region are breathtaking.

Animals in an icy, pristine wilderness

Enjoy fur seals, mighty elephant seals, king penguins, gentoo penguins, rockhoppers and more - and spot the occasional gentoo penguin running the gauntlet through the seals to get back from the sea. Grytviken, the capital of South Georgia, is where the great explorer Ernest Shackleton is buried and where whales that were once slaughtered are now making a magnificent comeback.
